If you think the politicians in Peru are a bunch of wackos, inept or unprepared to say the least - this might be applied to any other politician in Latin America but since I don't know them all I will leave this to you - then you should see the examples of American politicians given by the comedian Lewis Black in the section "Back in Black" of the show "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" in Comedy Central.
This other one about "Red States vs Blue States" is pretty funny too, it is part of the second season of his own show "Root of All Evil", again in Comedy Central.
I am looking forward to see him as a guest star in the new season of the great comedy "The Big Bang Theory", and in case you wonder if he is related to Jack Black (the other comedian with the same last name, duh!) the answer is no.
