Damn it !!! and Great !!! Today I got an e-mail with a link to the video of the song "Superstar" by Marta Sanchez (no sabes quien es Marta Sanchez? then better read this), you should see it first...
No wonder why it has been a great hit... she is using the music of "Just can't get enough" by Depeche Mode... don't you believe me? here the original version...
This song was release in 1981, so Miss Sanchez is using a 26 years old synth-pop rhythm to re-gain some of her past fans. Anyway, la tia Marta esta aun buena como en sus mejores epocas de Ole Ole (tampoco sabes quien fue Ole Ole... gosh!!! you better follow this link).
Sin duda alguna el synth-pop se ha puesto de moda nuevamente, lo usan en RAP, HIP HOP, HOUSE, TRANS, etc, etc, etc. Pero nada como los originales, nada mejor que mis grupos favoritos Depeche Mode y New Order... so now you know what present I would like this coming "Dia de la Amistad".
